Discuss the Bipolar In Order principles

Discussion is the central component of the Bipolar In Order Workshops. Expressing yourself helps you to be more clear about your own understanding. Listening to others helps us all to see ourselves more clearly and exposes us to new ideas. Through sharing we all accelerate our progress to become better people.

Without ongoing support we quickly forget the important lessons we learn from the workshops and other lessons in life. Changing ourselves takes time and continuous effort. Having others to share with keeps on on track in reaching our goals. Paramahansa Yoganada said "Environment is stronger than will power." A supportive environment is the key to success in any endeavor, especially one so difficult as trying to change ourselves.

When we do a workshop in a new area, we try to set up a support group in a location convenient to as many of the participants as we can. Bipolar In Order is working to develop structured support groups that will be available to reinforce the workshop program. Please let us know if you are interested in participating in such a group.

We also have an on line forum where you can join in on discussions about the principles of the Bipolar In Order Workshops. Those who have not taken a workshop are welcome to browse the discussions, but we ask that you refrain from posting off topic comments or attempts to cause controversy. There are plenty of places based on that model out there. Our forum is for sharing ideas that help us to succeed, not for helping each other to fail.

We are in the process of buildign an on-line forum. If you would like to participate in the forum during hte testing phase, please let us know.
