"We also had about half of the room filled with people who had never attended a NAMI Meeting before. Those people were excited to come to our meeting because of YOU and you were wonderful!"

Writings about personal growth
"The Bipolar Advantage" was the first writing I had ever done. It got me started on the writing path and changed my life. Looking back it was very raw and unpolished, yet had an authenticity that I am afraid to change. It also served as a marker for where I was at the time along with my hope that I could grow into a better person.
As I learned lessons about myself I occasionally have written articles that I am hoping have shown some growth and maturity. In sharing these writings I am hoping I can both help others and hear input that will help further my growth too. At the end of each article there is the opportunity to add your own comments; please do. The comments will be posted at the end of the article.
